Czarina offers complimentary shipping within Australia on all orders. We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries to your nominated address.
Czarina dispatches most orders from Melbourne, VIC, Australia. Some orders can be drop shipped from India specially in the event of custom orders.
Orders received on a Victorian or National holiday and on weekend will be proceeded on the following business day.
You must provide correct and complete address, including a company name where applicable, and at least one contact telephone number.
All parcels require signature upon delivery. We recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where you will be able to receive it between 9am and 5pm.
If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
Please allow up to 5-7 extra business days for your order to be proceeded before shipping during peak seasons (Oct-Feb).
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING YOUR DRESS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION AND NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE PLEASE DO PUT IT IN A NOTE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Czarina's purchase. Please note before you return our product, please understand all our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your package. To request a return, please email email@example.com with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly!
Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, otherwise the return cannot be proceeded.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you!
Please note that custom made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Sale items bought during our Sale Period are Final: No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted in anyway - unless the item is deemed faulty!
After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14-21 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that the returns note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.
