Czarina garments are created meticulously ensuring that quality is a high priority. Should you have any issues with our products, please read the following conditions of returns, exchanges, and refunds carefully. Should you have any issues with our products please contact . 

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from the Czarina e-Boutique.
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your order will be returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Czarina without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

RETURN PROTOCOL

If your purchases meets the aforementioned criteria and qualifies for a return.  Please contact sales@czarinakaftans.com.au. Once you returns is approved for a return. All returns require an approval before being sent back. 

If the return is for an exchange please include a note outlining the details of the exchange. 

We are not liable for returns that do not reach our facility. Please note that shipping for returns is not covered by us.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can request a return of your purchase on full priced items only. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges via our website. However, we invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order. All returns must be in the original condition as sent. The item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please notify us by email, sales@czarinakaftans.com.au.

Items must be returned within 14 days for orders from New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States. Returns after this date cannot be accepted. Please note we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

 

SALE RETURNS

All Sale items bought during our Sale Period are Final: No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted in anyway - unless the item is deemed faulty!

 

PROMOTIONAL CODE

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;

 

SWIM

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may not be returned

 

TAILOR-MADE RETURNS

Please note we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds on tailor-made items.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team sales@czarinakaftans.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

 

REFUNDS

We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving your returned parcel. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. 

 

These policies applies to all purchases made online at www.czarinaworld.com

Please note, we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Czarina, as we operate as separate entities.
